In the Footsteps of the Vikings

When does Sweden’s history begin? Who lived there first and what were they called? When does Stockholm’s history begin? What was the Vikings’ main occupation? How did they rule their society? What do we do know about Viking history? What is a runestone? What did Viking children play with? So many questions to which we will offer answers. We have designed a little plan to illustrate our stories. The children will look for and collect clues in order to better understand Viking history.
Our guide will help the children gather missing clues so they can get an accurate picture of that era. By participating actively, the children’s senses will be stimulated and they will remember important dates and facts much better, which will provide a great introduction to their holidays in Stockholm! This tour is suitable for children from 6 years old.
